Basic Human Factors Training

This course is designed to provide Basic Human Factors training. Available as a PowerPoint demonstration or in Adobe pdf format, it covers the FAA definition of Human Factors and the "Dirty Dozen". This course includes the outline, lesson plan, and test with the answer key. It can be used as self-study or as a classroom course. When used as an open book classroom course, the test encourages questions and group discussion during the presentation.
